"I wanted to express my delight with the children's Summer Cookery Camp you led. It was truly an outstanding experience for James - he absolutely loved it! I was so impressed with the end results- tasty, well presented carrot cakes, ice cream (which will still getting through) and pancakes.

The dedication and your passion for cooking and teaching was evident in the way you engaged the children, making the learning process not only educational but incredibly enjoyable.James’s culinary skills have improved since and so has his confidence. He has already asked to return next year!" Rena, mum to James
